Keith Muller is the CEO and Founder of Interactive Telecom Solutions (ITS) and Platform Technologies. ITS is a nationally recognized technology advisory firm that helps organizations evaluate, source, and optimize network and technology solutions. Platform Technologies is a next-generation managed CLEC delivering secure, flexible connectivity and managed network services.

Keith previously served as an Operating Partner with Tiger Infrastructure Partners, a middle-market private equity firm focused on growth-oriented infrastructure investments. He also served on the Board of Directors of Crosslake Fibre, a Tiger-backed subsea fiber company, and remains an investor in the business. Additionally, Keith was an investor and Board Advisor to South Reach Networks, a Turning Rock Partners-backed fiber infrastructure company.

Keith is also the founder of Hudson Fiber Network (HFN), where he served as Chief Operating Officer and a member of the Board of Directors. He led the company’s network strategy, construction, operations, sales, and marketing as HFN developed into a leading provider of high-capacity fiber infrastructure. Tiger Infrastructure Partners invested in HFN and later managed the company’s sale to ExteNet Systems in 2018.

Throughout his career, Keith has built, advised, operated, and invested in businesses across the network infrastructure and technology sectors. He resides in Palm Beach County, Florida, and Suffolk County, New York.
